To provide top tier security, Customer Service is unable to make any changes to your login information (email address or password). On your mark, get set, SHOP!
We will reserve inventory for items in your shopping bag for 30 minutes before making the inventory available to other customers. When you create an account with Jiffy and log in, if you leave the site then your shopping bag may hold the merchandise for up to 30 minutes. If an item is limited in inventory, it may sell out while you are waiting. In this case, it would not be in your cart when you return. So, act fast if you see a must-have! To create a Jiffy account, click My Account at the top of any page.

Usually, once a product is sold out, it is unlikely that we will receive another shipment. However, every day at 6:31 a.m. EST we load new merchandise, so we suggest that you check the site regularly for your must-have item. And, if you see something you love, don't wait because it might be gone tomorrow.

If an item is limited in inventory, after you have held it in your shopping bag for 30 minutes it may be removed from your bag and restocked onto our virtual shelves. If you don't see the item on the site, it sold out.

Returning a gift is easy.
1) Enter the order number and shipping zip code into the Order Status link located at the bottom of every page.
2) Select "This is a gift return" on the Return Form and fill in required fields.
When a gift is returned, store credit will be issued to the gift recipient's Jiffy account. In the event that the gift recipient does not have a Jiffy account, one will be created by Jiffy upon receipt of the return. We will send an email to the gift recipient with instructions on how to access the store credit for use on a future purchase.
If you wish to have the refund processed back to the gift giver, click the box to "credit back to the gift giver."

Here are our promotion code rules of use:
-- Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.

Jiffy Checkout:
Select Jiffy Checkout if you are a new or returning customer and you wish to pay with a credit card, store credit or Bill Me Later. You have two checkout options with Jiffy Checkout:
1) Guest Checkout – Use secure Guest Checkout if you are a first time customer or wish to checkout anonymously. In Guest Checkout, you will fill in your address and payment information and submit your order. After you have completed your order, you will have the option to create a Jiffy Account so that you can use express checkout on future orders.
2) Returning Customers - Enter your email address and password to login and go through express checkout. Be sure to review your order before it is submitted.
PayPal:
PayPal is a fast, safe way to pay online without sharing any financial information with Jiffy. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.
Google Checkout:
Google payment service allows you to make purchases at Jiffy and other participating Google Checkout stores with one simple and secure Google login. Google maintains your address and credit card information in your Google Account, as well as a history of all your purchases.

Jiffy accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and Bill Me Later. We also offer Google Checkout and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

Jiffy offers gift-wrapping services for the cost of $4.95 per item. Your gift will be packed in a gift box, wrapped with our signature blue gift wrap and hand tied with an elegant ice blue ribbon.

Jiffy offers fast and easy online returns. Follow these steps to return an item:
1) If you have a Jiffy account: Log into "My Account." Then, under the "Order Status" section, find the order for which you want to create a return and click "Return an Item."
If you don't have a Jiffy account: Click on the "Order Status" link located at the bottom of every Jiffy page to access your order and the return form. Enter the PO # from your invoice and the shipping zip code. Then click the "Return Item" button.
2) Fill out the form to receive a return authorization number and pre-paid UPS domestic return shipping label.
3) Click the "Print Confirmation" button to immediately print your return confirmation and UPS domestic return shipping label. We will also send you a return confirmation email so that you can access your return confirmation and domestic return shipping label to print later.
4) Pack the return and the return confirmation page in the original package, if possible. The return confirmation page is required for accurate return processing.
5) Tape the return label securely to the box. If you opt to use your own shipper, we suggest that you use a traceable carrier.
6) Take your package to any UPS location or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business. Find your nearest UPS location at www.ups.com/dropoff.
Note: Returns that are received without the return confirmation form included will be processed back to the original payment method.

A return authorization number is required to return merchandise. Please refer to our section on Returns for information on how to create an online return. Print your return authorization form and include it in your return package.

Return Shipping Charges:
Return shipping charges are deemed according to the number of boxes shipped, not the number of orders included in your shipment. If you return multiple orders in one box then you will only be charged one $6.95 return shipping fee, unless, of course, you opt to return for store credit - then return shipping is free.
Return Confirmation Emails:
If you sent items from more than one order back in the same box, you will receive separate return confirmations for each of the orders.

If you used Guest Checkout (anonymous checkout) instead of registered checkout when placing your order, the order will not appear in your order history. In the future, if you wish to have your order history available in your Jiffy account, please be sure to sign in to your Jiffy account prior to order placement. To log in, click My Account and enter your email address and password.
You can still easily access your order to make a return by using the "Return Items to Jiffy" link in our Customer Service section, or the Order Status link which is located at the bottom of every page on our site. Simply enter your order number and shipping zip code and follow the easy instructions.

Jiffy carries limited inventory, therefore we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item using our easy, online return form. Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your package at our warehouse.

If you used our Return label and requested a refund back to your credit card, a return shipping fee in the amount of $6.95 was deducted from your return total. In the future, you can enjoy free return shipping when you use our pre-paid return label and choose to have your return total refunded in the form of Jiffy store credit.

For credit card refunds, please allow three to five business days for the credit to post to the account. Jiffy store credit refunds will be immediately available after your return is processed. If you returned a gift for Jiffy store credit, please allow three to five business days for the store credit to appear in your account.

If a discount was applied to the original order after the order was placed, your refund total will reflect the order total less any discounts that were already credited to the original order. You can see such itemized deductions in the return invoice (above in italics) just below the returned item.

Your return credit will be refunded to the payment method that you selected on the return form. If you did not select a refund method on the return form, the refund will be credited to the method of payment for that order.

In the event a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with that package. For US shipment refusals, a return shipping fee in the amount of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. For international shipment refusals, please refer to our Duties and Taxes section for fee information.

We hope you're happy with your purchase but in the event you need to return an item, returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags) within 60 days of purchase. Returns received after the 60 day period will be returned to the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Footwear returns must include the original shoebox without postal labels. Footwear returns where the shoebox is used as the shipping carton will be returned to the customer.
Returns of handbags, dresses and other select designer goods must have the Jiffy security tag attached. If these items are returned without the Jiffy security tag, they will be returned to the customer.

In the rare instance that an unauthorized person obtains your credit card information and uses it, by federal law, you are only liable for the first $50.
